1. Design principle
The shell of the filter dryer is made of copper pipe, and the inlet and outlet interfaces at both ends have two kinds of same-diameter and reduced-diameter. The inlet end is coarse metal mesh, and the outlet end is fine metal mesh, which can effectively filter impurities. The molecular sieve with excellent moisture absorption characteristics is installed as a desiccant to absorb the moisture in the refrigerant to ensure the smooth capillary and the normal operation of the refrigeration system. When the desiccant absorbs too much water and fails, it should be replaced in time.
Another filter. It is the same as the filter dryer, by rolling process molding, but only with metal mesh, and no desiccant. It is installed in the refrigeration system capillary front related components or pipeline, or installed in the electronic expansion valve inlet and outlet end, used to collect refrigeration system and lubricating oil solid impurities, prevent the system and capillary and expansion valve clogging, ensure smooth pipeline system.
2. Working principle
The liquid flows into the filter by the inlet under a certain pressure, and the impurities are trapped by the filter medium in the filter, and the filtered liquid flows out by the outlet. When filtering to a certain stage, the inlet and outlet pressure difference increases, and the filter element needs to be backwashed. Then the backwashing valve will be opened, and the hydraulic pressure will flow into the backwashing inlet from bottom to top, and the filter will restore the filtering function. The filter element is a replaceable element. When the filter runs for a certain period, the filter element is removed and replaced with a new filter element to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of filtration.
